Guarantee

According to the Spanish Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on the Sale of Consumer Goods and Guarantees, Selección de Productos Parques Naturales, S.L., with the registered address C/ Pista de la Iglesia No. 8, and fiscal trade number B-18934752, has complaints forms for customers at its registered address.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Returns Policy

The item can only be returned in a period of two years, given its nature, if it does not comply with the guarantee. The customer is also able to withdraw its contract of sale in a period of 7 working days.

Guarantee

Returns are made when the customer notices that the item does not comply with the following:
-It does not match the description made by the company and does not have the qualities shown in the sample or model provided by the company to the customer and user.
-The items are not suitable for the type of use that is normal for this type of item.
-The item does not present the usual quality and features expected, taking into account the nature of the item.
The company has a period of 2 years to respond to the situations of non-compliance that arise, given the nature of the product. The consumer or user has a period of 2 months to report the incident.

What should I do to return my purchase?
1.- Wrap your item, including a copy of your invoice.
2.- Contact Selección de Productos Parques Naturales by calling the customer services number +34 958 10 36 86 or by sending an email to cristina@trevelezseleccion.com stating your invoice number and full details.
3.- Once we receive the item and have checked its condition, we will exchange the item or refund the amount in full, whichever you prefer.

Item damaged by the courier.

If you notice that the packaging is damaged when you receive your delivery, you must make a note of such on the delivery note that the courier asks you to sign. If your item is physically damaged in transit and is not noticeable from the packaging, you must inform the courier agency that delivered the item or Trevélez Selección so that we manage it, within 24 hours of delivery. We will exchange the item without additional charges.

Withdrawal by the customer

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 7 days of receiving the item, without having to justify his/her decision or penalisation.

What should I do to withdraw and return my item?
1.- Wrap your item, including a copy of your invoice.
2.- Contact Selección de Productos Parques Naturales by calling the customer services number +34 958 10 36 86 or by sending an email to cristina@trevelezseleccion.com stating your invoice number and full details.
3.- Once we receive the item and have checked its condition, we will exchange the item or refund the amount in full, whichever you prefer, including shipping expenses. A full refund may not be given if the item is not returned in perfect condition or in its original packaging.

Delivery times and cost
Mainland Spain: Delivery is between 48 and 72 working hours and delivery costs are €4 (minimum order: over €45).
Balearic Islands: Delivery is between 5 and 8 working days and delivery costs are €20 (minimum order: over €45).
Canary Islands: Delivery is between 5 and 8 working days and delivery costs are €48 (minimum order: over €45).
Ceuta and Melilla: Delivery is between 5 and 8 working days and delivery costs are €10 (minimum order: over €45).
